What to Expect
Your first appointment with us
At Your Consultation
Consultations are free and low-pressure. This is your chance to meet your artist, discuss your ideas, and get a sense of the shop. Bring any reference images, sketches, or inspiration you have. We'll talk about size, placement, style, and pricing. You're welcome to ask as many questions as you need.
On Tattoo Day
When you arrive for your tattoo appointment, your artist will show you the final design and discuss any last-minute adjustments. Once you're happy with the design, we'll prep the area, apply the stencil, and get started. Depending on the size and complexity of your piece, sessions can range from 30 minutes to several hours.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID (required for everyone)
- Reference images or inspiration
- Comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the tattoo area
- Snacks and water for longer sessions
- Headphones and entertainment if you'd like
Before Your Appointment
- Get a good night's sleep
- Eat a full meal before arriving
- Stay hydrated
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
- Don't come in sunburned
- Moisturize the area in the days leading up to your appointment
Booking Policies
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to book your appointment. The deposit amount varies based on the size and complexity of the tattoo. Your deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are processed securely through Square.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. With proper notice, your deposit can be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo in Massachusetts. We require a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions, no parental consent forms. This is state law, and we follow it strictly.
Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and debit cards. Final payment is due at the end of your session. For larger pieces requiring multiple sessions, payment is collected at the end of each session.
