About Caitlyn
Caitlyn Barbosa is a tattoo apprentice at Whaling City Tattoo Co., brought up in Fall River and surrounded by art from the very beginning. Art was always her favorite subject in school, and she's grateful for all the different ways she got to experience it growing up on the South Coast.
She headed to college planning to become an art teacher, but quickly discovered that her real calling was tattooing. Now training as an apprentice at Whaling City Tattoo Co., she's getting to know a wide range of mediums and styles, and that curiosity drives her work — she's always excited to explore something new and bring it to skin. As she puts it: don't be shy, let's stab some fun designs!
When she's not tattooing, you'll find Caitlyn adventuring with her dog, roller skating to some fun music, or watching all kinds of movies.
